St. Paul Presbyterian Church
Come Find Your Place At St. Paul

Say "hello" to your church secretary, Leslie Roden! Many of you know Leslie by name but if you're like alot of people in our small church, who work a normal 8 - 5 job, you don't get the pleasant opportunity of seeing her face to face. Although to alot of us it seems that Leslie works behind the scenes, we see her handiwork all over and through the church every day. She has been working for St. Paul Presbyterian for 9 years and does a wonderful job. She types up the bulletins for not only our Sunday Worship, but for all of the other special services too. She expertly and creatively composes the monthly newsletter, she enters all financial data and keeps track of the congregation personal data. She orders supplies for the various committees, updates and keeps track of the monthly calendar, answers the phone, sends out e-mail communications, files the choral music and she does all this working part-time. Whew! I don't know how she manages it all, but being the professional she is, she makes it look effortless. On a personal note, Leslie has been married for 22 years and has one son, Michael, 21, and one daughter, Amy, 18. In her spare time she likes to read, sew, shop and spend time with her family! If you haven't had the opportunity to meet Leslie, the next time you go by the office or call, give her a friendly "hello" and a special word of "thanks" for all she does.

God really blessed St. Paul church when He sent Dana Taylor to us. She is always smiling, very friendly, outgoing, kind and most importantly, loves children. She's been the Nursery Attendant at St. Paul for about 1 1/2 years and we look forward to a long and happy relationship with her. She takes care of the young children and babies during worship services and Sunday school and she makes sure their needs are met with tenderness and loving care. You can leave your children with confidence knowing Dana is present.

Dana has two children of her own, a son and a daughter. She's been in the Ft. Worth area for almost her whole life, except for a brief period when she was a young child. We're glad her journey brought her back to the area. Dana can be seen every Sunday and at other times when special services or events are held. She is an integral part of the St. Paul family and her attentiveness to the children is very much appreciated.
