Save your Kroger receipts! Kroger is changing their NeighborHood Friends Program and St. Paul has submitted a new application and waiting for new program cards. In the interim, save your receipts and when the new cards arrive you can take your receipts to the Service Desk and Kroger will give St. Paul credit for your purchases.
